一点小补充：
新的CB400不用VTEC4，因为4不吉祥。改名为：CB400 REVO.
不可以调怠速，空速保持1400. 附加本田公司给我的回信：

I will answer the matter of the inquiry.
1. ICA(idle air control) valve
Adjustment of engine revolutions and adjustment of tune between throttle and body by the manual operation are necessary for an old type(NC-31,NC-39).
It is unnecessary for NC-42 because the Engine-Control-Unit controls the amount of the inhalation air automatically.
2.Standard numerical value
Idling engine revolutions : 1,400rpm (+- 100 rpm)

Please teach the method of the adjustment of idling engine revolutions for EBL-NC42 and the recommended numerical value of the idling engine revolutions.
